Raechele Kenyon-Diaz is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist. It is her passion to help inspire people to become who they can be. Raechele believes entirely it does not matter where we come from, but whom we want to become as people. Raechele enjoys helping others through this journey of self-understanding and provides empowerment to grow.
Raechele’s undergraduate studies were obtained through Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness and her Graduate degree was obtained from National University with a Masters in Psychology emphasis as a Marriage Family Therapist. With continuing education phase 1 brain spotting.
In Raechele spare time she enjoys spending time with her family out on lakes or at the ocean (kayaking or boating), camping, stream fishing, and hiking. If Raechele is not enjoying the outdoors she will be found spinning or practicing yoga and cooking a variety of ethnic foods.
Raechele specialty is with sexual addiction/addictions with individuals and couples in trauma, self-harm, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss, weight management, men’s/ woman’s issues.
Raechele experience within her own employment journey she has had the opportunity to work with high-risk offenders who were mandated by the state of California, victims of crime, as well as 5150 locked down behavioral unit. Raechele training also included the opportunity to work in the school setting with children struggling with ADHD, ASD, and unruly behaviors.
